Please read these Terms before using GoonWall ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GoonWall is a desktop application for playing multiple videos and images at once in a configurable video wall. You are responsible for the media you load and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
The App is not yet publicly released. Any prices shown on our website are planned prices for launch and are not an offer to sell. No purchase is being accepted at this time. Joining our mailing list creates no obligation on either side, and planned features and pricing may change before launch.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful content or purposes; resell, redistribute, or share license keys; or attempt to bypass, patch, or circumvent licensing or integrity checks.
The App plays media you point it at. The App does not delete, move, or modify the original media files on your disk. In-app "remove" actions only affect the App's own library, current view, playlists, favorites, and screen slots — never your source files.
You may export a portable board file, or generate a temporary share link that expires one hour after creation and cannot be extended. Shared links contain only the board configuration (layout and media URLs), stored anonymously. Do not share links to content you are not permitted to share.
Packaged builds of the App verify their own files at startup. If a packaged copy is detected as modified or tampered with, the App may refuse to run and may remove its own program files (never your media or personal files) and direct you to reinstall the official version.
The App may check for and offer newer versions. Installing updates is your choice. Updates may change features and these Terms.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamicVideo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or media. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. When the version above changes, the App will ask you to review and accept the current Terms before continuing to use it.
